  9.      offconsol - polylist consolidator.

  11. SYNOPSIS
  12.      offconsol [precision]
  13.  
  14. DESCRIPTION
  15.      offconsol reads an OFF file from standard input and writes
  16.      an OFF file in which vertices closer than a given precision
  17.      have been combined.  The default precision is zero.  Color
  18.      and normal information are not taken into account when com-
  19.      paring vertices.
  20.  
  21.      The vertices of the resultant polyline have been sorted, and
  22.      so there order bears no resemblance to the order of the
  23.      point in the original polylist.
